The League of Human Dignity, which previously handled this role for many participants, no longer does. Participants moved to a DHHS Service Coordinator as their plans came up for renewal, in a first wave that ran from April through May 2026. If your coordinator changed recently, this is a routine, planned transition rather than a sign of a problem with your case.
