These benefits are delivered through managed care organizations (MCOs), the same health plans that handle members' regular medical care. Hawaii's Medicaid MCOs are AlohaCare, HMSA, Kaiser Permanente, 'Ohana Health Plan, and UnitedHealthcare Community Plan.
